At LILYGO®, we stand behind the quality of our open-source hardware and development kits. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unmodified condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and technical details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Hardware

  Carefully pack the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging to prevent ESD damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it via a trackable carrier to our designated inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Our engineers will inspect the hardware for modifications or damage; once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
